Embodied Meditation and Movement Series

The Pauli Murray Center’s Embodied Meditation and Movement Series is a multi-part offering that combines spiritual grounding and reconciliation, embodied movement, and queer joy. Born out of community conversations around community belonging, queer resistance, and church harm; this series will offer several different ways to move your body, quiet your mind for deep reflection, and tend to the wounds of your spirit.

The series was filmed at sacred spaces across Durham: NorthStar Church of the Arts; the Pauli Murray Center for History and Social Justice; and Hayti Heritage Center.
