Black History Month Guided Tour
This tour opportunity will be hosted by our Executive Director, Angela Thorpe Mason, and will focus on key pieces of Pauli Murray's life and legacy as an African American and civil rights leader. Visitors will be guided through the interior exhibit and historic space with time for questions and reflections along the way.

Join us for a community discussion of Proud Shoes from inside Murray’s childhood home! We are excited to gather together to read Murray's own work and grow in community with one another through 5 consecutive discussion days.

The Pauli Murray Center for History and Social Justice is excited to team up with Durham Queer Trivia this February for a special Pauli Murray Trivia Night! 🎉✨
Durham Queer Trivia is a vibrant community trivia group that hosts monthly events at Arcana Bar & Lounge — one of the few remaining lesbian bars in the country. 🏳️🌈🏳️⚧️

Private Group Tours
If you have a group of 15 or more, a private tour might be for you! Through a private tour opportunity a member of our staff will guide you through the space, taking special care to highlight aspects of Murray’s life that might be of special interest to your group. Please note that a group of at least 15 people is required for a private tour. For groups of under 15, please book a public tour option.

Speaking Engagements
Members of the Pauli Murray Center staff and board are available for presentations, keynotes and interviews centered around Pauli Murray's history and the ongoing work of the Pauli Murray Center. We can come to you in-person, virtually, or your group can visit us at the Pauli Murray Center!
To request a speaker, we invite you to complete our request form so that we can determine if a member of our team is the right fit for your event. Requests should be made at least 4 weeks before your event day to ensure staff availability.
